With over 20 years of experience in Property Management across both government and private sectors, Jacquie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the real estate industry. Her career spans roles in Defence Housing Australia, local government, and private real estate agencies across Tasmania, Canberra, and the Hunter/Port Stephens region.
A proud Port Stephens local, Jacquie has strong foundations in the area and an in-depth understanding of what makes this region so special. She knows firsthand what draws people to the area—whether it’s the stunning coastline, relaxed lifestyle, or thriving community—and uses this insight to help property owners maximize their investments.
Beginning her career with 11 years in the Royal Australian Air Force as a Permanent Defence Serving Member, Jacquie developed exceptional skills in administration, career management, recruitment, and executive support. She earned two prestigious Headquarters Commendations during her time in service, showcasing her commitment to excellence and leadership.
Transitioning into Property Management, she spent nine years with Defence Housing Australia, overseeing property portfolios and managing sale leaseback programs in the ACT and Hunter Valley. Since then, she has successfully managed major property assets for Glenorchy City Council and led multiple real estate offices as a Business Development Manager and Senior Property Manager.
One of her greatest strengths is her ability to build and scale property management divisions. She has played a pivotal role in establishing new businesses, developing policies and procedures, recruiting and training staff, and organically growing property portfolios at an impressive pace. Her expertise spans Residential Property Management, Short-Term Rental Accommodation, and Commercial Management.
Outside of work, Jacquie loves making the most of the beautiful Port Stephens region, whether it’s enjoying the beaches, exploring the waterways, or connecting with the community. She is passionate about delivering outstanding service to property owners and tenants, combining her deep local knowledge with her extensive industry experience to ensure every property under her care is well-managed and optimised for success.
