Having previously worked in a family Real Estate Agency alongside her father, Andrew Douglass, Kaitlyn joined the First National team with a wealth of knowledge in all areas of the industry including Sales & Property Management as she took in his 25+ years of knowledge.
Having grown up in the beautiful Port Stephens, Kaitlyn is a strong member in the community and loves being involved in everything it has to offer.
Having managed large portfolios autonomously as well as being involved in numerous sale dealings, Kaitlyn's work ethic, positive nature and can-do attitude is an asset to the First National team.
Kaitlyn has been in the Real Estate industry for over 6 years and holds her Certificate IV in Property Services as a Class 2 Licensed Real Estate Agent.
